Nullifiers of ablution

Nullifiers of ablution

Its nullifiers are eight (1): that which comes from the two ways (2), that which is obscene and unclean from the body (3), that the mind is gone (4), that he touches a woman with desire (5), that he touches the private parts with the hand, whether before or after (6), and that he eats the flesh of camels (7), washing the dead (8), and apostasy from Islam (9). May God protect us from that.
(1) Eight, according to a group of scholars, which is the Hanbali doctrine - may God have mercy on them -, and others said that it is less than that: for the exit of an obscene and impure person from the body, there is no clear evidence to invalidate it, but rather it is a matter of precaution, based on the hadith: “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, He greeted the qi and then performed ablution.” Thus, he touched a woman with desire, and there is no clear evidence for washing the dead, and on this there are five, and if it is said: Apostasy from Islam does not nullify it, it becomes four.
The point is: There are four clear evidences, and four for which there is disagreement among scholars, which are: the exit of an impure immoral person from the body, touching a woman, washing the dead, and apostasy from Islam. This is the subject of disagreement.
(2) That is: urine and feces, and the likes of the anus and kissing.
(3) Such as pus, pus, and vomiting, if it is a lot, but if it is a little, it is forgiven.
(4) Due to sleep, drunkenness, or illness, if his mind disappears and then his mind returns, he must perform ablution.
(5) This is according to a group of scholars, and the author followed the Hanbali method in this matter - may God have mercy on him - and others said: It is not invalidated, and the issue is a matter of disagreement among the scholars, and the most correct correct view from the sayings is: It is not invalidated; Because the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to kiss some of his wives and then not perform ablution. As for the Almighty’s saying: “Or have you touched women” [Al-Ma’idah: 6], what is meant is intercourse.
(6) Touching the private parts with the hand is invalid; According to his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “Whoever touches his private parts with his hand, let him perform ablution,” and in another version: “Whoever touches his private parts, let him perform ablution,” and in another version: “Whoever touches his penis, let him perform ablution.” As for the hadith, “It is only a small portion of yours,” the scholars answered about it: That it existed at the beginning of Islam and then it was abrogated, or that it is anomalous and weak; Because it contradicts the many authentic hadiths that invalidate ablution by touching the private parts.
(7) Meat only, without broth and milk, so it does not invalidate ablution, as stated in the hadith.
(8) When a group of scholars gathered; Because in most cases his hand may touch the private parts, and because he experiences weakness that makes it necessary for him to perform ablution until his strength and activity return.
(9) Meaning: If he performs ablution, then commits an act of disbelief, then God guides him and he repents, then he should repeat the ablution.
